We welcome Fredrik as our new Delivery Success Manager!

Two years ago Fredrik started as a SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Specialist at Tahoe and now we can happily announce that he is taking up his new role as Delivery Success Manager for intranet!

Delivery and onboarding of new customers

As Delivery Success Manager at Tahoe Fredrik’s main responsibility is the delivery and onboarding of new customers. He ensures that all customers get a smooth start and proper configuration of BaseDrum, our turnkey intranet product. Fredrik holds together and coordinates with the customer and colleagues both the soft and the technical parts of our delivery. He holds workshops, trains and leads them to a successful launch and then hands over to our Customer Success and Support teams.

Fredrik says that the variety of work makes him happy at Tahoe: “Since I started at Tahoe I have been involved in several areas within the company. This has allowed me to gather a lot of experience which I now bring with me in the role of Delivery Success Manager for intranet. I am driven by helping our customers benefit from their intranet!”
