In InSight Perform 2.3, the user can acknowledge when a document has been read.

Move documents and processes

Administrators can move documents between processes directly from the context menu in controlled documents. You can also move processes within the process structure.

Custom text menu on documents in a workspace

Workspaces now have their context menu that includes the ability to open, download, rename and change documents and properties.
