A new version of InSight Perform is now available for installation by our customers.

New function to extend the document validity period

It is now possible to extend the validity period of a document directly from the context menu. It is also possible to set in the application settings whether a new version should be created automatically if the validity period has been extended on a document.

More possibilities to configure the author form

As an administrator, you can now set in the application settings which fields an author can fill in when a document is sent for approval. It is also possible to control which fields are mandatory and which are optional to fill in.

Improved report for approved documents

The report that lists all approved documents in InSight now also includes optional metadata such as customer characteristics.
