Meet Johan, our new Support Specialist!

We are very happy to introduce our new Support Specialist Johan Wennberg who will strengthen our support team. Johan will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our customers in case of any inquiries or issues they encounter.

Hi Johan, what did you do before starting at Tahoe?

I am originally trained as a plumber, but after a few years, I chose to switch industries completely and began working in IT and support. Over the past few years, I have worked as an IT technician at various companies.

Tell us a bit more about what you will do in your new position.

My primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support whenever they require assistance or have any inquiries. I find it both enjoyable and rewarding to help customers identify problems and provide them with the guidance and advice they need.
