Meet Filippa – Tahoes Customer Success Manager!

We Tahoe want to make it easier for our customers to get greater use and benefit from our turnkey intranet and management system products. We also want to make it easier to understand how we can further improve our products and our way of working. Therefore, we are now strengthening our organization with Filippa Elfman as our new Customer Success Manager. Here you can read about what Filippa has done before and what she will do at Tahoe.

Hi Filippa! What were you doing before Tahoe?

I worked in various roles within service and administration, including as Deputy Team Leader for the Nordic market at Foodora. With the aim of quality assurance and optimizing the daily processes, I was responsible for training and coaching my employees. It was there that I opened my eyes to project management, which led me to the education Production Management at Malmö University. During my education, I have gained knowledge in how to plan and lead projects in a creative and organized way.

What does a Customer Success Manager do at Tahoe?

I will educate and support Tahoe’s customers to get the maximum benefit from using our turnkey products BaseDrum and InSight. This can involve helping them onboard to our products as well as proactively finding solutions to the challenges and needs they face.
