Zeppelin has a management system characterized by user-friendliness and the ability to get quick answers, with the vision that employees should find what they are looking for within 3 clicks or less.
Zeppelin Sverige AB is a reseller of Caterpillar Inc. and has over 600 employees spread across 14 locations in Sweden.
Flexibility and user-friendliness
Conny Hansson is a Process Manager and Erik Nordgren is a QHSE Manager at Zeppelin Sverige AB. Conny and Erik work together to ensure that the company’s processes are as efficient as possible while complying with all relevant requirements. To ensure this, they use InSight Perform for their management system.
When they started working on acquiring a new management system, their goal was to find a system that was user-friendly, flexible, and of course, SharePoint-based.

A success factor for Zeppelin’s well-established management system is an involved and committed management that places great emphasis on user-friendliness. Zeppelin has built its management system to make it quick and uncomplicated for employees to find what they are looking for.
– One of the advantages of InSight Perform is that it is incredibly easy for us to build landing pages and clear navigation elements with Tahoe’s process tool, so we can make it more or less ‘self-playing’ for our employees to find what they are looking for, says Erik.
Simplifying document and process management
Zeppelin Sverige AB has been operating its management system since the spring of 2024 and experiences a clear simplification in document management and internal processes. The choice to have a supplier and a ready-made product has its advantages, such as access to support, continuous development of functions and improvements, expertise in the area, and a good product warranty.
