➕ NEW FEATURES

  • API Health checks
    • InSight Perform now automatically creates alerts if the API isn’t working or if the approve function doesn’t work. Alerts are sent to a group assigned by the administrators.
  • Background color-picker in Process Chart editor
    • InSight Perform now lets you modify the background color of the process chart canvas.

⬆ IMPROVEMENTS

  • Workspace: Document type as information
    • Approvers can now see the Document type as information in the Approve information panel.
  • Create Records: Document ID and version as text in header
    • When using the records function, Document ID and Version number are now added to document metadata as plain text.
  • Highlighted documents: Webpart can be used outside of InSight Perform
    • It is now possible to use the Highlighted documents webpart outside of InSight Perform instances.
  • Highlighted documents filter: Multichoice in Highlighted documents filter webpart
    • The webpart now allows you select multiple values in choice and termset fields.
  • Inspection: Authors decide approver in Inspection flows
    • The approvers that the author selects will now automatically receive the document after inspection.

⚒ FIXED

  • Version comments and review comments now include row breaks as entered by the user.
  • Change requests no longer crashes if the author no longer exists in the tenant.
  • Change request will now send mail to the correct creator.
  • People picker will now show and select all users correctly.
  • Changed methods in the API for more robust SharePoint integration, hoping this will help with grey workspaces.
  • Fixed formatting on dates sometimes not working when user got dd/mm/yyyy format from sharepoint API.
