➕ NEW FEATURES
- Bookmark documents
- You can now bookmark documents in Controlled documents or Documents published to. Documents that you bookmark appear in the My documents list in My management system. Each document has a context menu from which you can choose to:
- Open the document
- Download the document
- See the document properties
- You can now bookmark documents in Controlled documents or Documents published to. Documents that you bookmark appear in the My documents list in My management system. Each document has a context menu from which you can choose to:
- Notifications on updated of bookmarked documents
- Documents that have been bookmarked are automatically highlighted in the My documents list if they are updated.
- Reminders in My tasks
- Documents that you have received reminders on are now automatically listed in the My tasks list in My management system. The documents are shown in a new Reminders tab in My tasks. After you have started working on the document it will be moved from the Reminders tab to the Documents tab.
- Batch update approvers or process owners
- Administrators can now change or add approvers, process owner, inspectors, or process chart authors across many processes.
- Formal changes for more than one document
- Administrators can now select and make formal changes on up to 20 documents at once.
⬆ IMPROVEMENTS
- Controlled documents:
- Edit properties if Show workspaces is active
With the Show workspaces option activated for the webpart,authors can now edit properties of documents on workspaces directly from the Controlled document webpart.
- Properties updated automatically if show workspaces is active
After a workspace document’s properties have been changed the page is automatically updated to reflect the change. Any filtering applied to the list is respected.
- Draft status in the Info column
A Draft icon is now shown in the info column of there is a workspace for a document.
- Edit properties if Show workspaces is active
- My tasks
- A Show history button has been added to the webpart. If activated it shows the status of documents that you have been involved in, and that are still active.
- The list now supports filtering columns and pagination.
- The panel for change requests now shows who sent the request.
- Valid to:
- If an author changes document type, the suggested valid to date is automatically adjusted to reflect the new document type settings.
- Workspace:
- Invited authors can use a checkbox to indicate that they are done.
- Invited reviewers can use a checkbox to indicate that they are done
- Invited can now add comments in a dedicated list on the workspace. This replaces SharePoint’s comment list that was previously used on workspaces.
- There is now an indicator of your current role on a workspace.
- Administration:
- System administrators can no longer delete processes that still contain documents.
- New look process structure that is collapsible. By default the process structure is collapsed and now also includes a search function to handle large instances.
- Validity reminders can now be sent to authors instead of approvers. By default reminders are sent to approvers but an instance setting is now available that allows administrators to send reminders to authors instead.
- Improved status indicators for both instance creation, instance provisioning and syncing of permissions. These are updated in near real-time.
- Icons added in process tree view showing whether receipts or inspection flow is active, per process.
- Improved page loading times and performance.
- Open documents in app or online:
- If you are using a mobile device, documents will automatically open in the online app.
- Highlighted documents:
- Added context menu to documents that are being searched.
- Added more settings for the webpart to be customizable.

- Showing amount of results
- Simple toggles for simple search query such as hiding aspx files, only showing approved documents, etc..
- Pagination
- Added pagination to the results, will either following the instance settings or the webpart settings.
- The info column now actually shows the status of the document
- Details list:
- Improved loading of filtering options
- You can now filter on statuses on documents such as New, Updated, Invalid …etc.
- Sorting now shows the relevant text for the columns type. For example number type will say “Smaller to larger” instead of “A-Z”.
- You can now filter and sort on fields with number as type.
- Performance:
- Reduced the package size for faster loading times.
- Languages:
- All parts of Perform now support Norwegian.
- Added icons to all webparts to find them when editing more easily.
- Published documents:
- Added context menu Open, Properties, Download and Bookmark.
- Info column now actually shows the info of the document.
⚒ FIXED
- Documents published to this process webpart now respects the views defined in the instance settings.
- The filter tab state in My Tasks now properly persists between sessions.
- Fixed a broken document link in the approval mail.
- Process chart dialog box will now stay within the site page horizontally even if the element is close to the edge.
